motivation

I could really use some workout motivation these days–these are one of the days where i need someone to PUSH me to the gym….. i just started my weight training DVD and only got 15 min into it and had to stop… just bcuz i didn’t feel like doing it!!  I think i’m just getting bored with it and need to go on netflix and see what else is on there now…cuz its just not cutting it.

i worked 11 hours yesterday and i think thats part of my problem.  i’m just tired!  i got home at 8:30 from hands on science museum night..  all the kids had different science projects.  mine was fish in michigan–where they had to roll ink over a fake fish and then put there paper on it to trace it on there…it was funn and messy! :).  It’s funny how there are 500 kids with 1,000 parents, and all of them know me but i dont’ remember there name… all these Mom’s are saying hi to me and i feel awful that i dont’ remember half of them or the kids! I have a horrible memory as it is… :)

I went to the GI doctor today. Hilarious news.  Turns out, he doesn’t think I ever had an ulcer (long story) and never needed to take prevacid that made my hair fall out… he told me thats what did it to me, and said it would take “months” for it to start growing back… sigh… turns out, I have GERD.  It’s a form of acid refux which is why my stomach burns all the time.   don’t need to be on meds but have to follow a strict diet (urgh)… (chocolate being a nono ;( needless to say i’m very glad i don’t go to a saginaw doctor and will never ever again!!!!!

    I am lacking in my workout motivation too. I have been for months, and need to seriously get back on track. That’s good news that you don’t have an ulcer!

    I have two dvd’s on my netflix list but I keep on putting other video’s ahead of them. They’re the New York City ballet workout.
