After Day 1…..
Breakfast: Special K cereal and rice milk
Lunch: Calzone with small salad
Dinner: Special K cereal and rice milk
Dessert: 3 gluten free vanilla waffers.
Water: 8 glasses drank
Exercise: 1 hour on eliptical (15 min. on level 2)
Exercising kicked my butt last night. I wanted to stop after 50 minutes, but kept on going. Noticing side pain when going backwards on eliptical at level 2, so decreased resistance and was ok. (not sure whats going on with that). Inteneded on going to good time charlies for salad lunch, but place is closed for remodling and pizza house was closest thing available on timed lunch hour :(. Oh well. As long as I’m doing 2 meals of cereal and one big meal of not really counting what i’m doing, I should be ok. Not sure next time I’ll be able to weigh myself. Probably not until the weekend of the 23rd when going home to saginaw ugh!
