Back to the start

Here I am again.  121 pounds and counting.  I’m not quiet sure how that happened seeing that when I went to the doctors office 3 weeks ago I was 117.  But, thats how my body is in the last two years.  I can gain and lose 5 pounds like a yo yo.  I have seen myself gain 3 pounds in a matter of a week, which is just completely annoying.  I’ve had this blog for quiet some time and its really interesting to read my ups and downs. It looks like this time of year last time I was complaining about my winter choices of food.  Why does the winter do this to us?? Because its Michigan and its so flipping cold outside I don’t ever feel like hoping in the car, going to the gym, and coming out sweating and freezing at the same time.  This year unlike my past years, I haven’t had many bites on having someone else take a class or go with me.  I miss my pilates class tremendously, but time and money has seemed to have got the better of most.  I do have a Pilates DVD on my Netflix que, as I have had a friend tell me thats all she does now at home and doesn’t even go to the gym anymore.  So! I’ll try that.  I”ve also got my grocery list started for the things I ate the last time I was watching what I ate back in September.  Lots of fruits and veggie’s! small portions of meat, and NO bread.  Bread is my #1 gain weight factor and have had this problem since i gained 30 pounds when I was 20 years old.  When I went on Atkins and lost 24 pounds, I realized how fast you can drop when you ditch the bread.

So tomorrow’s blog will reflect my eating habits from today, etc.  If you scroll down to August and September 2006 entries you can see what my eating pattern was.  Luckily, with BF now moved in, I think we’ll both be able to ween off fast food and make things a little easier on the calories!
