FRRRIIIDAAY!!!

Yup, I didn’t end up posting yesterday cuz I was a little bummed that i gained two pounds back in 3 days, but I think I know why.  Three little words IBS. I won’t go no further.

I haven’t been eating like I was the last three weeks, and that can be a factor as well.  Wed. I had my usual cereal with soy milk, went to olga’s and got a turkey pita sandwhich (ate half), but I think that bread is my own worst enemy with fighting this Prevacid weight gain.  So I *really* need to cold turkey it.  that night i had leftover spaghetti, a litlte potatos and peas, one hour at the gym, 40 abs and boy did our bodies hurt from the pilates! wow.  It didn’t feel like I got anything out of pilates mat, but my rib cage was sore and my lower back and my legs! I wanted to take it again soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad last night, but I had a ticket to snow patrol and had to go there.  I can’t believe I’d rather of been at the gym than a show, but thats where my life has been these days.

yesterday I had cereal for breakfast and lunch and had some leftover spaghetti again, but I’m now getting tired of it.  I made a ton and learned my lesson.  Normally boyfriend helps me eat it, but he hasn’t been around for the dinner hour so I seemed to have a TON of it to eat up now.

This weekend will be another challenge for me, as they usually are when trying to diet.  Going out with Gwenn tonight, seeing a movie w/Sarah and Brienne, and than off to kzoo to see my old coworker for dinner and a movie.  Yup, I can see myself gaining those rest three back each day! :)
