Tuesday news.
Yesterday, Bri and I went to do 1/2 hour of weights and abs, and then went to pilates mat class. Wow. Totally diff. from the class amy and I took. They used a circle thing (weights) and this styrophome (sp) circle thing that you had to balance and lay on your back and do stretching moves. Wow wow wow .She said if you continue this you can have a brand new butt! :)
Breakfast: 1 cup of special k, with skim milk, Mcd’s: double cheeseburger-no bun, side salad. 1 cup of spaghetti, 1/2 cup of peas, and 1 small scoup of au graten potatos.
Our work thing today is sundae’s. I’m resisting real well since tomorrow is another weigh day for me. Hopefully I’ll have a new scale soon and be able to read body fat too!
