Finally Friday.

Yesterday, I didn’t have the brownies that work had for us, but Gwenn did convince me to go to dinner with her last night since I havent’ seen her in months.  (thanks for the grub G!:).  So i was really bad at BW’3, but I’ll just have to work it off this weekend instead.  I need at least one meal to cheat a week right?

Breakfast: 1 cup of special K with 1/2 cup skim milk, banana, Lunch: 1/2 serving of spaghettios, peaches, Applesauce for mid-afternoon snack, and dinner: Nachos, with water.  8 glasses of water drank. 1 hr on the eliptical, 30 min. at level 2.
