Thanks Special K!!!

Day 13 of my new diet plan.  Current weight today: 118.  I’ve lost 4 pounds! Woohoo! I think I’m going to target 115 as my new goal instead of 117.  I know I’ll probably start slowing down after this next week, and don’t want to lose another two by next week.  They say the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back.  I’m finally starting to feel better now.  My arms are starting to tone too.  Last night I did 1 hour and 5 min. on the eliptical and 70 ab crunches and felt like I could go some more.  The eliptical is starting to get a little easier, so I increased it to level 2 for 30 minutes and went from 9-8 on the crossramp (the lower the numbers, the more you target while working out).  Kedar was there and I chatted with him about steve and zac’s new baby.  I also have made a new friend at the gym. His name is Iyu.  He seems like he’s in  his late 40’s, and possibly from russia? i haven’t asked him yet. We always seem to see each other around the ab machine and he shows me the proper way of doing them–and isn’t even a trainer or employee! He is my cheerleader telling me to keep it up! :).  Brienne has also finally taken to the weights.  I haven’t really been doing them, but she’s all geeked now and so she said we could do them together 2 times a week.  Germanuel showed her a different way of doing abs on a ball and she said she felt like she was in boot camp!

Work had another free mexican lunch.  Of course, I probably shouldn’t have  had it as it makes me want caffine to settle my stomach and than i get a sweet tooth…so i had a smoothie to help settle everything down.

Anyway on to the stats as I have to get moving:

Breakfast: Special K and skim milk, banana, 2 pieces of watermelon (thanks leilani) Lunch:  2 taco shells smooshed to make a taco salad, light beef, 1/2 strawberry smoothie, serving size peaches and special K for dinner, &applesauce.
