Not cut out for yoga.
Yesteday I had to work until 6:30.. not only that, the dinner for the students had pizza, pasta, salad (like olive gardens), and bread. AHHHH! Everything i”ve been trying to avoid. The salad was tons of dressing on it too! i was doomed. so I took a SMALL salad and had one piece of pizza with water. I didn’t even take a cookie when almost forced to eat it.
I thought my yoga started at 7. Brienne and I went and then realized it started at 8! So we did the eliptical for 20 min, abs for 10 (I did 60), and then walked around the track for 1/2 hour til class. Than on to yoga. I just couldn’t find my “zen”. I was all over the place, I have no balance for these moves, the cow, the seal, the calf, the chair, etc. The people in my class could bend! wow. I think I’ll stick with pilates.
I was *so* tired from being there until 9, I was in bed and out by 9:45. Super tired!!!!!
Thursday meals: 6 glasses of water
Breakfast:
One cup of special k with 1/2 cup of milk
mid-morning snack:
Applesauce
Lunch:
1 cup of spaghettios, cranberry sauce, and 1/2 cup of peas
Mid-Afternoon Snack:
Banana
Dinner:
One piece of pizza and one small salad
