I lost two pounds!!! yay! I must be doing something right. I was soooo worried to step on that scale, especially during my “water weight gain” time of the month. Yesterday I had realy bad cramps and afaid to take anything because of my ulcer, so I opted for two bananas during the day which seemed to help. Today is going to be oober hard for dinner. I have to attend a dinner with donors and recipients at the Cottage Inn and I’m worried our choices will be pizza, lasagna, etc. I’m going to take the smallest portion possible and hope for the best. I’m really hoping that they have salad as a choice, but since the majority of these kids are 18, than I really doubt it. Than Brienne and I are off to Yoga at 7. I’ve never taken yoga and glad its yoga and not aerobics since i’ll just get done with work and getting over there!
I was disappointed with myself for exercise yesterday. My ipod went to heaven (yes, its only 6 months old and already having problems) and I just can’t work out without music. So I did 15 min. on the eliptical and 80 ab crunches on the machine (brienne had me beat with 90).
9 glasses of water drank
Breakfast: one cup of special K with 1/2 cup of 1/2 % milk
Mid-morning snack: Applesauce
Lunch:
1 serving size of spaghettios (I learned that one can actually has two servings in them)
Banana
Dinner: One serving size of mac & cheese and 1/2 cup of peas (did not add salt, just pepper)
