Wednesday’s stats
9 glasses of water drank. 15 min. cardio, 30 min. of weights
Brienne has decided to be my “one month free for a friend” to try out the gym. Of course there was a small catch. YOu have to cancel before 30 days, so she’s really getting $24.00 for 2 months, which is still not bad at all. I’m proud of her either way, she went on the treadmill for 30 min. and then I showed her my addiction, the eliptical. She did 10 min. on it and crashed. We did abs together, I pushed myself to do 50 and she did about 40. We tried the other ab machines that were there, but they were tough! I’m a little disappointed in my weights just bcuz it was SO busy there I couldn’t get on 3 of the 7 that I have to do. :(.
I woke up this morning and noticed my stomach had gone down. I don’t want to weigh myself but once a week and tomorrow is my day. I’m super nervous bcuz I will also be fighting that monthly stuff going on, but hoping that by not drinking caffine and lots of water, and working out a day, will help ease the bloat–we shall see!
I cheated and ate pita bread yesterday but we had a free lunch at work–sandwhiches, and with me being so short on cash this month, I decided I had to, to get a free meal.
Breakfast:
One bowl of special K with 1/2 cup of 1/2 percent milk
Mid-morning snack:
Banana
Lunch:
Pita with Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, and light Mayo.
Mid-afternoon snack:
One serving size of sliced peaches
Dinner:
One bowl of special K with 1/2 cup of 1/2 percent milk
