Diet blog from now on….
Since I’ve been on Prevacid, this has caused me to gain a few pounds as well as completely bloat me out the minute i put something in my mouth. I have started an exercise plan and have been trying to watch what I eat. This next few weeks will be a little tough as I have completley overspent my budget this last check and now have to catch up. That means keeping my butt home for the next two weeks and not spending any extra money on food or gas at this point. So–I have to eat what I have up first. This will now my diet blog for the next few weeks so that I can at least see on paper what I’m doing as I know few people read this, so my confessions will not be read to hundreds:
The plan. Exercise (walk, run, bike, swim, etc) at least 1 hour a day.
Weight as of 8/24: 122
Goal Weight: 117
Wish weight: 115
Rules:
NO Bread–unless gluten free bread
No alcohol or caffine (due to ulcer)
Monday:
10 glasses of water drank, one hour of eliptical machine. After 30 minutes increased to 2 levels of intensity for 20 minutes. Talked with Germanuel to do weights on Tuesday and Friday.
Breakfast:
Bowl of special K and 1/2 cup of milk
Snack:
Manderine Oranges
Lunch:
Two burgers with no bun
Banana
Mid-afternoon snack:
Serving size Strawberry jello
Dinner:
Cranberry sauce, peas, and 2 scoops of au graten potatos
